Terms of Service

What this covers

These terms apply to Call Inbox, provided by Latitude Global Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. By subscribing you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

What you get

An AI receptionist on a phone number we provide, which answers calls, books appointments into your calendar, and records every call in the Call Inbox app with a recording, transcript, and plain-English summary, plus a daily digest and alerts.

• Standard — $297/month. One receptionist line and 1,500 included minutes.
• Pro — $597/month plus a one-time $497 setup fee. 3,000 included minutes, custom voice and intent routing, Outlook or iCloud calendars, and one scheduling-software integration.
• Minutes past your included allowance are billed at $0.25 per minute. We notify you at 80% of your allowance, and your line keeps working past it.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no contract and no minimum term. To cancel, email us and we will stop the subscription — your service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We will not ask you to stay on a phone call to cancel.

The guarantee

30 days — if you're not happy, you don't pay. No minimum call volume, no hoops. If we haven't booked you at least five jobs, just let us know you aren't satisfied and we'll refund everything you've paid — and you keep every booking it made. To claim it, email us within 30 days of your first payment.

Your responsibilities

• Call recording. The service records calls, and callers are told so at the start of every call. Some jurisdictions require the consent of everyone on the call. You are responsible for making sure recording is lawful for the calls placed to your line, and for telling us if you need it configured differently.
• Give us accurate setup information, and don't use the service for anything unlawful, for emergency dispatch, or to make automated marketing calls.
• The receptionist is software. It can mishear, and it is not a substitute for a person in an emergency. Don't rely on it as your only means of reaching help.

Your data

Your call records are yours. We process them to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or ask us to delete them at any time. We delete them within 30 days of your account closing.

Availability

We work to keep the line answering around the clock, but we depend on telephony and cloud providers and we do not promise uninterrupted service. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it as fast as we can.

Limits

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and beyond the guarantee above. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida, and we each agree to that venue.

Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms; we will email customers before any change that materially affects them, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. Either of us may end the agreement at any time — if we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of your current month.
